Returns net rewards, as received by withdrawal addresses

• This is the endpoint to use if you are using Onchain Billing
• Returns all consensus layer (CL) rewards swept to wallet + execution layer (EL) rewards (with onchain split)
• Note that any CL rewards that have been earned but not yet swept to your wallet are not included in the response
